Pick-up customers may order any product from our range.

Please place your pick-up order at least 3 days in advance whenever possible.
🚚 Delivery
Victoria
Please place your order at least 8 days in advance whenever possible.
Outside Victoria
Please place your order at least 10 days in advance whenever possible to allow sufficient shipping time.
If you have a specific event date, we highly recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid any delivery delays.
⚡ Urgent Orders

Same-day or next-day pick-up orders are considered urgent orders and incur a $20 urgent order fee.

If urgent shipping is required, we will do our best to assist; however, additional Express Post shipping charges may apply.
📦 Product & Shipping Recommendations

Pick-up customers may purchase any product from our range.

For delivery orders, we highly recommend choosing products packaged in hard containers (such as Cake, Tubs, Mini Cups Wishing Ball...) as they provide the best protection during transit and help minimize the risk of damage.

Cotton Candy Cones and Dalgona Candy are available for pick-up only, as they are fragile and may be damaged during shipping.
🎁 Personalized Stickers
Ordering goodie bags with personalized stickers?
Simply leave a note in the Order Notes when placing your order, and we'll contact you to discuss and finalise your sticker design before production.
📦 Storage Information

Cake Tubs: When unopened, they can be stored for 3 months or longer. For the best quality, we recommend consuming them within 1 month.

All other products: When unopened, they can be stored for approximately 3–4 weeks.

Store all products at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Once opened, consume as soon as possible and keep the packaging tightly sealed.

What began as a simple thought—that fairy floss is a treat anyone can enjoy—slowly grew into a wish to make it a little more special. I wanted it to be more than sweetness, and to create small moments that bring joy and happy memories.
After months of experimenting and refining ideas, I began creating fairy floss treats that people could genuinely enjoy. Seeing them become part of celebrations, gifts, and everyday smiles has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
Today, Sweet Dreamer offers thoughtfully made treats for all ages. From individually packaged portions to hand-crafted celebration cakes, each piece is created for parties, milestones, and simple everyday moments. With personalised names, themes, and custom stickers, every creation is designed to feel personal, memorable, and just a little more special.
