How to Cut Fairy Floss

Use a sharp knife. Make sure hands and knife are completely dry. Press down gently with a light sawing motion. If the knife becomes sticky, wash with warm water, dry thoroughly, and continue.

Storage

Fairy floss is best kept sealed in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and humidity. Any unconsumed fairy floss can be placed back into a sealed container for later enjoyment.
